Our beef steaks range from about .8 to 1.2 lb each except filet mignon which weighs about .3 lb per piece and are typically packed 2 per pack.
Want to stock up? Receive 10% extra meat when you order multiple beef boxes boxes! (ie, order 2 10 lb boxes, receive 22 lbs of beef)
Beef boxes are first come first serve based on our processing dates in October and November.
Pick ups will be scheduled for late October and November.
